This 2-1/2 inch polished steel U-bolt clamp is also known as a muffler clamp and is generally used for for hangers and slip-fit pipe connections. These clamps are designed with a rounded mounting plate that fully surrounds the pipe or tubing for a secure fit. U-bolt clamps are used in exhaust customization and/or repair projects.
