"Mustang Bullitt - Generations" is a narrative that explores the evolution of three generations of the Ford Mustang Bullitt feature cars released as 2001, 2008-09, and 2019-20 models. These models are packed with the DNA from the 1968 Mustang fastback featured in the movie Bullitt. Stories and photos from Ford Motor Co. engineers, designers, and marketers involved in their creation demonstrate how the Bullitt DNA was applied to the cars’ styling and performance.

Owners responded passionately to each generation upon their release. Their stories are included in the book because the ownership experience adds to the worldwide phenomenon of "cool" surrounding Ford Motor Co.’s three special editions. About the Author:
Tony is privileged to own all three Ford Mustang Bullitt models – a black 2001, a highland green 2009, and dark highland green 2019. His past Ford Mustang list includes a 1994 GT, 1996 SVT Cobra, 2000 GT, 2003 Mach 1, 2007 GT, 2010 GT, and 2015 GT.

Tony’s black ’01 Bullitt was purchased in 2008 from Scott Hoag, formerly of Team Mustang and the Customization Manager during the development of the 2001 model at Ford Motor Company, after Scott rebuilt (or “reloaded”) it, saving the car from the crusher. “Bullitt Reloaded” was profiled in two Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords articles in 2007.

Originally hailing from Summit, IL (a suburb of Chicago), Tony lives in Cincinnati, OH, USA with his wife, Shane.
