Custom bracket colors are available for an additional fee and come in two options. You can get a Black Carbon Fiber Effect look or a vehicle-matching factory color. Common bracket color codes are listed. If you don't see your vehicle code, select "Factory Paint Code" and add the paint code you want in the order notes. Please allow one to two weeks of lead time for custom-painted hood strut brackets.

It takes 30 minutes or less to install a set of 1994-04 Ford Mustang hood struts using the included hardware and a few common tools. This kit fits all Fox 4 Mustang factory hoods - including the GT, Cobra, Bullitt and Mach 1 - regardless of the engine underneath them. If you have installed an aftermarket hood, call us at 734-455-5807 with the hood's weight so we can calibrate the right cylinders. We still do all development and manufacturing right here in the U.S.!
